We welcome any interest in covering our events—primarily Conquest of Mythodea—in the media. To ensure we can accommodate your project ideas, please contact our press team well in advance.
Since the gaming experience of all participants is always our top priority, capacity for external media teams is strictly limited.
Your Inquiry
To process your inquiry as quickly as possible, please include the following details in your message:
- What is the filming timeframe (desired time at the event)?
- Is the focus primarily on the live event featuring our players, or also on behind-the-scenes footage, i.e., the preparation and wrap-up of such an event?
- What types of footage from one of our events would be interesting for your format?
- How many people are in your team, at a minimum?
- Are interviews planned—if so, preferably with whom?
- What airtime will this format receive during the broadcast?
- On which platforms will the format be broadcast/shared, and for how long will it be available in a media library or similar platform?
- When is the format scheduled to be broadcast/published for the first time?

Important Note
Filming requests for Conquest of Mythodea must be submitted no later than 4 weeks before the event begins. It is prohibited to take photos, videos, and/or audio recordings on the premises during the event unless expressly permitted by us in advance. Without prior registration, we reserve the right to remove you from the premises and, if necessary, take legal action.
Rules of Conduct for Media Teams
At our events, external media teams must maintain a low-key presence to ensure the best possible gaming experience for our participants. The following rules are mandatory:
- The number of people, as well as camera and audio equipment, must be kept to a minimum and as unobtrusive as possible.
- Discreet, medieval-style basic attire is required and can be borrowed for work in the game area upon prior registration.
- Active interaction with participants in the game must always be avoided.
- The game must not be interrupted—except in genuine emergency situations or in the event of acute danger to those involved.
- Active requests for permission to take photos, videos, and/or audio recordings are not permitted.
- If a person actively hides from a camera, this must be accepted and respected.
- The video work of our internal team members always takes precedence and must not be interrupted or disrupted.
- Original audio recordings of gameplay sequences involving our participants may not be shared or require separate approval from us.
- In addition, a briefing on conduct at our events, which is contractually binding, will be provided on-site at the latest.
Use of Our Content

To use or share images and/or text from the website realmsofmythodea.com, our content must be presented and/or shared in a neutral or positive manner. The individuals depicted must not be mocked and must be treated with respect.
It is prohibited to use images and/or text in a manner that could harm the individuals depicted and/or the responsible company—Realms of Mythodea by Burgschneider GmbH. All rights of use remain with Burgschneider GmbH. Commercial use of the aforementioned content is not permitted.
Our Values
It is important to us that we are associated exclusively with a positive and open LARP community. Our community consists of a colorful and wonderful diversity of people. We explicitly reject any form of discrimination or hatred against people based on their origin, gender identity, sexual orientation, health impairments, or similar factors.
Our permission to use and share our content expires as soon as these values differ significantly from those of the person sharing it.
