Artist

Dear Artists!

We’re already excited to celebrate ConQuest 2026 with all of you!
As always, you can apply either as an individual artist or as a full group.

Here are the links to the new application forms:

Application for individual artists: https://forms.gle/pjv7XcsHvoom1xox5

Application for artist groups: https://forms.gle/mqS7R7FHnx6KXD368

The application deadline is May 31st, 2026.

Below are the artist categories, including the current guidelines for all types of creatives.
There are three categories, and you’re free to choose whichever suits you best:

  1. Booked Artists
  2. NPC Artists
  3. Player Artists (no application required; see below)

1. Booked Artists

Booked artists enter into a fixed agreement with us, compensated either financially or through other agreed benefits. This contract specifies X number of daily performances. The number and duration of performances will be arranged with us beforehand and must be adhered to. Performances will take place either on the marketplace in the Tross or at the Fantastica Festival.

Examples:

  • Three 45-minute performances per day from Thursday to Saturday at the Fantastica Festival
  • Two 45-minute performances per day from Wednesday to Saturday on the marketplace in the Tross
  • Two 45-minute performances on Wednesday on the Tross marketplace plus two 45-minute performances per day from Thursday to Saturday at the Fantastica Festival
    …etc.

Compensation may include, for example, free tickets, meal vouchers, and/or a small fee of amount X.
Performance duration depends on the type of art being presented, and both timing and compensation can be discussed with us in advance.

2. NPC Artists

NPC Artists portray creative roles in-game (musicians, jesters, fire performers, dancers, etc.). They bring life to the artist guilds and must camp in the Artist Camp in the Tross. In return for the reduced ticket price, NPC Artists are required to complete one 45-minute performance (depending on the art form) on the Tross marketplace during the event. Scheduling takes place on-site through the artist coordinator.

Outside of this obligation, NPC Artists can freely enjoy their personal playtime, and they’re welcome to perform in taverns or public areas.
For plot-related events (e.g., the Capo’s wedding, funeral procession, etc.), NPC Artists are encouraged to participate actively. The exact nature of this is coordinated within the guild and the game, and only rarely directed by event management.

If you want to apply as an NPC Artist, please fill out the application form and put yourself on the ticket waiting list:

3. Player Tickets for Artists

With a regular PC ticket of the current tier, you can play an artist freely, with no obligations at all. You may do whatever you like and camp wherever you choose. You’re also welcome to camp in the Artist Quarter — as long as you support the guild activities and there is still space available.

Please note: NPC Artists have priority for space in the Artist Quarter. Since the area is limited, it’s possible that PC artists may not be able to camp there.
No application is required for this category.

Late Applications

If you apply after the official deadline, we unfortunately cannot guarantee open spots, but you are still welcome to contact us so we can quickly check availability.
The best way is to email us at entertainer@realmsofmythodea.com.

If you wish to join other Burgschneider events as an NPC Artist, please also write to entertainer@realmsofmythodea.com

— we’ll take care of it directly.

A respectful and friendly interaction with one another is very important to us — both face-to-face and online — so that everyone can enjoy a wonderful time together.

We hope these guidelines are simple and clear, and we’re excited to celebrate a fantastic festival with all of you at ConQuest!

We’re looking forward to many grand adventures and wonderful performances with and from you!
