Crow mastery and Help Desk
After your arrival, our team will be on hand to help and advise you. Do you have questions about the rules, your player character or the safety of your weapons? Then the Krähenmeisterei (Crow mastery) is the right place for you! You will find a Krähenmeisterei on all campsite meadows.
The Help Desk in the HQ complex is a central point of contact for all questions and support during the ConQuest. It is located at the back of the HQ and is directly accessible from the player side without having to enter the logistics area. Every day from 10:00 to 21:00, helpful contact persons are available there to help you with all your questions and problems.

10 LARP-Tips
The Tross & Merchants
The Tross is home to many merchants, taverns and food shacks that provide all kinds of equipment and delicacies. And they already open on Monday (three days in advance of the main event) so you have lots of time for a stroll through town. You will never find such a great variety of LARP shops and medieval craftsmen at one place again.
Pre-Event Party
On the Tuesday evening before the start of the game, the big pre-event party will take place on the market square in Tross. You can expect rousing live music, socialising and the perfect opportunity to get into the right mood before the official start of the game. In addition to dancing and good music, there are often special programme points – so keep your eyes open! Afterwards you can end the evening relaxing in the Blue Pearl, the large Bickbeernhof tavern.
Playing within camps...
It is possible and common practice in many camps and even whole wards to start playing before the official start on Wednesday. There are already many groups in character and you have lots of opportunities to meet people and get to know the characters they play. But please be aware, that the main storyline does not start until Wednesday evening – so please stick to the campsites and don’t expect any NPCs to be around.
Meet the world
ConQuest is the largest liveroleplay of the world. Nowhere else you’ll find as many LARPers from contries all over the globe. You never heard of LARP in Scandinavia, Italy, France, America or Australia? Well here’s your chance to meet people and get connected. Exchange contacts before the game starts and you’ll only get each others characters names…
Last minute shopping
You might have forgotten to pack bread? Or need fresh meat for the BBQ? Maybe your sunscreen is emty or you desperately need some icecream to cool down? No problem! You will find our ConQuest supermarket at the central sanitary area, which will provide you with everything you need. The supermarket is open during the entire game, pay attention to the opening hours. Please remember to hide your purchases while transporting them to your camp during play. We recommend haycarts or jute bags.
Camp Speech
On Wednesday at around 19:00 the game will finaly start – the official game always kicks off with the big camp speech. The organisers and team welcome you and go through the most important points again as briefly as possible.
